Oops, had to go there again!

My travel season is nearly coming to a close, but I definitely had a crazy week in the Delta. After spending time around Jackson, MS and the Greenville area. I got to run into an old fraternity brother Tripp which was nice, but Tuesday night I had to pack and drive all evening to Mobile, AL. Somehow I got a bit turned around by my TomTom) which sent me down the MS border by New Orleans. Now, I’m not complaining because it was FAT TUESDAY!

On the Road Again…

My life has definitely been a bit hectic over the months of February and March. I’ll have visited 8 states within nearly 4 weeks! Last week I hit Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Now, I’m off to the Mississippi Delta for a few days. Only problem is, I’ve really gone through all of my GO-TO music on my iPod.

Charlotte’s Surf N Turf

Charlotte is always on the front of trends because they are still a growing city, and control a lot of the banking industry in the US. The newest rage is a place called Cowfish which is in the Southpark Mall area. Just like the name sounds, they serve burgers, sushi, and can even combine the two. I tried to go there Thursday but there was a 2.5 hour wait, then luckily on Friday my good friend Thomas who owns the store George Gibson’s in Athens, GA had reservations.
